Beats or vibration are transmitted to B’gear. You can experience sound with your body as well as your ears when you are hearing music, playing games and watching movies.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why is B’gear power switch not turning on?
Be sure the power adapter is plugged correctly into the outlet. Check that the DC plug of the adaptor is correctly connected to the plug socket on the side of B’gear. Check if the power switch is on. (see on the side of B’gear)
Connect icon is disabled or is not connecting to my Android phone
Tap the connect icon on the top left to reconnect.
Turn on the power switch on the side of B’gear.
(B’gear emits a welcome beat once B’gear and app successfully connect)
I hear sound/music but B’gear is not making any beats (Mobile)
Try increasing the volume with the volume control button on the side of the device, or the sound control app you are using.
Go back to the B’gear app and try increasing the beat power.
Reset the beat power calibration by tapping the center of the beat power controller in the B’gear app.
Some smart devices by Samsung do not produce beats through wired earphones or internal speakers. In this case, switch the device to Bluetooth earphones or headphones.
My music and beats from B’gear are not playing together
Make sure the mode is set to ‘music mode’.
Try adjusting the beat latency control to match the sound to the beats.
